小学英语译林版四年级上册u1教学设计

教学目标:

1. 能够听懂、会说、会读单词apple, banana, watermelon, pear, orange,和grapes。

2. 能够运用所学单词进行简单的问答,并学会用复数形式进行回答。

3. 能够听懂、会说、会读短语What's your favourite fruit? My favourite fruit is...。

4. 能够运用所学短语进行简单的问答,并学会用He/She likes...进行回答。

5. 能够根据图画进行简单的描述,并学会使用句型There is/are...在描述中。

6. 能够理解并运用句子I like...和He/She likes...进行交流。

教学准备:

PPT,单词卡片,图片卡片,小组活动材料

教学过程:

Step 1: Warm-up (5 minutes)

1. Greet the students and ask them how they are doing.

2. Start the class with a chant or a song about fruits, such as "Apples, bananas, oranges, and grapes. I like fruits, how about you?"

Step 2: Presentation (15 minutes)

1. Introduce the new words: apple, banana, watermelon, pear, orange, and grapes. Show the pictures and pronounce the words clearly.

2. Review the numbers 1-10 with the students. Ask them to count the fruits in the pictures and say the numbers aloud.

Step 3: Practice (20 minutes)

1. Divide the class into pairs and give each pair a set of word cards.

2. Ask the students to take turns choosing a card and saying the word.

3. Encourage them to ask each other questions using the words, such as "Do you like apples/bananas?"

4. After practicing the words, ask the students to form new pairs and ask each other "What's your favourite fruit?" "My favourite fruit is..." using the word cards.

Step 4: Listening and Speaking (15 minutes)

1. Play an audio recording of a conversation between two people talking about their favorite fruits.

2. Ask the students to listen and identify the fruits mentioned.

3. Play the recording again and ask the students to answer the question "What's his/her favorite fruit?"

4. Practice the conversation with the students using other fruits.

Step 5: Reading and Writing (15 minutes)

1. Show the students a picture of a fruit market and ask them to describe it using the sentence pattern "There is/are...". For example, "There are apples, bananas, and oranges in the market."

2. Give the students a written description of a fruit market and ask them to underline the words that describe the picture.

3. Ask the students to write their own descriptions of a fruit market using the sentence pattern "There is/are..."

Step 6: Group Activity (10 minutes)

1. Divide the class into small groups and give each group a set of picture cards.

2. Ask the students to take turns describing a picture to their group members using the sentence pattern "There is/are...". The other group members should guess the fruit.

3. The group that guesses the most fruits correctly wins.

Step 7: Wrap-up and Homework (5 minutes)

1. Review the new words and sentence patterns learned in class.

2. Assign the students with some homework, such as drawing their favorite fruit and writing a sentence about it using the sentence pattern "I like..."
