Dear teachers and classmates,

As my six years of studying English comes to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on my journey and express my gratitude.
When I first started learning English in Grade 1, I was filled with excitement and curiosity. It felt like a new world was being opened to me, and I couldn't wait to explore it. With the guidance of our dedicated teachers, I gradually learned the basics of English, such as the alphabet, numbers, and simple vocabulary.
In Grade 3, I remember being introduced to grammar. It was challenging at first, but with regular practice, I began to grasp the different tenses, sentence structures, and parts of speech. I also started reading short stories and passages, which greatly improved my comprehension skills. I will always be grateful to my teachers for their patience and support during this crucial stage of my English learning.
In Grade 4, I was introduced to speaking and listening activities. My classmates and I would have conversations, participate in role-plays, and listen to English songs and stories. These activities not only helped improve my pronunciation and fluency but also boosted my confidence in using English in real-life situations. I still remember the excitement of successfully communicating with foreign English-speaking visitors during our school's English camp.
As I entered Grade 5, reading became a major focus. I was introduced to more complex texts and novels, which challenged me to expand my vocabulary and comprehension skills. I also developed a love for literature and started exploring different genres such as poetry and fiction. Reading has not only enhanced my English language skills but also helped broaden my knowledge and creativity.
In Grade 6, my English learning journey reached its peak. I had the opportunity to enhance my writing skills, tackle more challenging grammar concepts, and engage in discussions and debates on various topics. Moreover, I was encouraged to express my opinions and think critically, which has been instrumental in my personal growth. Whether it was writing essays, giving presentations, or participating in group discussions, these activities have prepared me to effectively communicate in English in the future.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my English teachers who have selflessly shared their knowledge, skills, and passion with us throughout these six years. Your dedication, patience, and encouragement have played a significant role in shaping my English proficiency and love for the language. I would also like to thank my classmates for being my constant companions in this journey, for practicing speaking with me, and for pushing me to reach my full potential.
Although my six-year English learning journey is coming to an end, I am aware that this is just the beginning of a lifelong learning process. English has become an essential skill in today's globalized world, and I am determined to continue improving my English proficiency in the years to come.
Thank you for this incredible journey, and I look forward to continuing this adventure as I enter a new chapter of my education.
Yours sincerely,
